NAIPU MINING MACHINERY
Grand Opening Ceremony.
The Grand Opening of Naipu Mining Machinery Zambia Ltd was one of Media Key’s most demanding and rewarding assignments to date. We planned this project for four months and two weeks, working closely with the Naipu team to ensure that every detail reflected the significance of their arrival in Zambia’s mining sector.
This event was more than logistics — it carried national importance.
Our mandate included engaging State House to have the President as Guest of Honour, a process that required careful protocol planning, official communication and coordination with multiple government offices. We are proud to say this was successfully achieved.
As the event drew closer, our team literally relocated to Chambishi in the Copperbelt for weeks, working on-site every day to ensure the venue, programme and setup were executed to perfection. From dawn preparations to late-night checks, we lived the project — because that’s what excellence required.
